Example 1: Existing Property Layout Modifications

A client wished to extend their property by building a 2 storey extension to the rear.
They desired to "open out" the existing property to create a large open plan dining area.

• Keskin Structural were called in to work alongside the project's architect to help facilitate the client's wishes.

• We designed the necessary steel work to support the new layout of the existing property and extension.
